Hello,
I am a scholar-practitioner in the world of social change and global leadership development. I help organizations apply a systems perspective to build sustainable communities around the globe. Using collaborative, interactive (and dare I say fun?) facilitative tools, I help design programs and services that thrive in balance with their members, the broader global community, and the environment.
My background consists of multi-sector and international experiences in higher education, governance, leadership development, and social impact. Combined with a love for wandering, I have built a career across sixty countries and five continents.

My vision is to lead transformative change towards a more conscious and just society. By modelling mindfulness, creativity and compassion across complex and changing environments, I aim to connect adult learners to their untapped passions and unlimited potentials as global leaders.
My mission is to create learning communities which embrace intersectional, interdisciplinary and intercultural approaches in which everyone can holistically and authentically flourish as engaged citizens.

Leadership can be a form of ‘other-centeredness’ when conducted with integrity, generosity and the wellbeing of the collective in mind. Leaders ‘walk the walk’ of best practices, build trust-based relationships and inspire a shared vision.

Innovation implies not only advancement but metamorphosis. Innovation occurs at the ‘sweet spot’ between discovery and utility, creativity and collaboration. I want to apply the principles of innovation not only to my research but also to my personal development. I will let my learning change me and be receptive to wisdom and inspiration in every form.

Working with a mindful and reflective approach, intersectionality seeks out, listens to and internalizes experiences outside one’s own. I recognize personal and political paradigms of power and use a critical approach to name and change the tides of oppression.

MY APPROACH
Collaboration is key to collective agency and empowerment. It’s a basis for effectiveness, a crucial means of embodying our values, and it can bring forth emergent and creative qualities that alone we could barely imagine. Collaboration is not only a root of social transformation, but it also provides a vital context for individual transformation, enabling us to share and live out our deepest values.
I offer Liberating Structures and other creative and collaborative facilitation sessions to help you to draw out the best in yourself and others, build trust-based relationships, strengthen teams with shared values – and get things done!
